We have taken a number of steps to make sure we can offer you a safe sales and service experience in the coming days and weeks:
- We are cleaning surfaces with a hospital grade disinfectant.
- We have added professional cleanings throughout the week.
- Our staff are performing spot cleaning of high traffic surfaces such as doorknobs throughout the day.
- Staff have been instructed to maintain distance from each other and from customers and to discontinue hand shaking.
- Staff are under strict instructions to stay home when feeling sick.
- Signs have been posted throughout the facility to remind staff and customers of good hygiene practices such as hand washing.
- We have temporarily removed snacks from the service area as these are not individually served.
- Technicians are to wear a fresh set of disposable gloves or to sanitize relevant surfaces when driving a customer’s vehicle.
- For high risk or very concerned customers, ask us about picking and dropping off your vehicle from your home. We also offer shuttle service that can bring you home, so you do not have to wait at the dealership. We are stepping up our cleaning of the shuttle van.
